1. The overall structure of the mold is compact and precise, and the template material is P20.
2. The mold base is processed by one-time clamping of all templates to ensure the concentricity of the forming hole and the guide post sleeve, and the overall mold base has high precision;
3. Slider mold clamping adopts internal mold clamping, the material is P20, the structure is reliable, the mold is opened and closed as a whole, the steps (slider, push plate, ejector) are coordinated, and the contact surface of all sliding parts is made of advanced ion chrome Electroplating treatment, local surface hardness can reach HRC65-70, small friction coefficient, wear resistance;
4. Slide block mold opening (Huff block) adopts HUSKY mechanical inner mold opening structure;
5. The molding parts (injection core, injection cavity, die lip) are all made of S136 forged parts, and the HRC is greater than 48;
6. Hot runner: The material of the hot runner is SKD61 high-strength and temperature-resistant material, and the HRC is greater than 30;
7. The heating pipe of the main channel adopts Guangdong Chengye heating pipe, and the pipeline joints are embedded, which is not easy to be damaged;
8. The hot nozzle adopts a Sino-foreign joint venture heating coil, which is reliable in quality assurance;
9. The hot nozzle adopts HUSKY structure, straight feeding type, smooth flow path, smooth fitting part with the valve needle, high hole precision (within 0.004mm), surface hardness between HRC68-72, hot nozzle material is BO beryllium copper, HRC greater than 35;
10. The valve needle is imported original needle rod, the material is SKD61, and the surface of HRC60-65 is specially treated, with high precision and wear resistance;

The main channel hole is processed by high-precision deep hole drilling, the flow channel has high precision, the surface is smooth, smooth, and the resistance is small, which will not cause carbonization of plastic molecules, and the streamline spectrum of the preform product is clear and translucent;
12. The cooling performance of the overall hot mold part is good. During the normal injection process, the temperature of the outside of the mold is low (about 40-55°C). Eliminating the fixed plate of the injection molding machine will not cause thermal deformation due to the heating of the hot runner. Unfavorable factors such as expansion and other damage to the machine affect the accuracy of the mold.
