1: Material

  • 2. The mold base is processed by one-time clamping of all templates to ensure the concentricity of the forming hole and the guide post sleeve, and the overall mold base has high precision;

  • 11. The main channel hole is processed by high-precision deep hole drilling. The flow channel has high precision, smooth surface, low resistance, and will not cause carbonization of plastic molecules. The streamline spectrum of the preform product is clear and translucent;
  • 12. The cooling performance of the overall hot mold part is good. During the normal injection process, the temperature of the outside of the mold is low (about 40-55 ℃), and the fixed plate of the injection molding machine will not be thermally deformed due to the heating of the hot runner. Unfavorable factors such as expansion and other damage to the machine affect the accuracy of the mold.
